Meet Karthik Kasala

Karthik Kasala is a Salesforce Administrator with Clark Capital Management Group, supporting the Operations team and partnering closely with the Technology department and Plative, CCMG’s Salesforce consulting partner. Karthik is focused on optimizing the firm’s Salesforce platform to enhance efficiency, scalability, and collaboration across all business teams.

With over eight years of experience in Salesforce administration and CRM strategy, Karthik has built a strong foundation in platform management, process improvement, and user support. He has held previous roles at FS Investments and Marcum LLP, where he played a key role in streamlining systems and driving user adoption.

Karthik lives in South Philadelphia with his two cats, Sazerac and Pliny Boy. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting Philadelphia’s storied sportsball teams and can often be found throwing darts in local leagues around the city.
