Meet Peter Lydzinski

Peter Lydzinski is Clark Capital Management’s Chief Compliance Officer. Peter joined us from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where he served in multiple compliance roles as a Director in the Global Wealth Investment Management Compliance division. Prior to that, Peter served as the investment advisory Chief Compliance Officer at Janney Montgomery Scott in Philadelphia. A graduate of the Catholic University Columbus School of Law, Peter earned his BSBA in International Finance at American University. Peter brings over 25 years of compliance experience to Clark Capital.
