Meet Marykate Wurster

Marykate Wurster is the Head of Human Resources for Clark Capital Management Group. In this role, she is responsible for developing the department’s strategy and overseeing various HR functions including recruitment, compensation, employee retention, HR compliance, professional development, and facilities management. Marykate has 20 years of comprehensive HR experience within the financial services industry. She earned her B.A. from The Catholic University of America and holds various certifications from the Association for Talent Development as well as Predictive Index, StrengthsFinder, Investigative Procedures and Prosci Change Management.
