As Chief Technology Officer, Matt is responsible for the strategic direction and execution of all aspects of the firm’s technology platform. In this role, he oversees Clark Capital’s business systems, network, data, and cybersecurity practices. He works closely with teams across the firm to drive productivity and support Clark Capital’s growth.

Matt has focused his career at the intersection of technology and finance, working for large Fortune 500 companies as well as holding key entrepreneurial roles in the growth and sale of software ventures. Prior to joining Clark Capital, Matt served as Head of Technology for Hirtle Callaghan, Chief Information Officer at Marvin & Palmer, and Director of Software Development at Oracle. Matt graduated from the University of Delaware with a B.S. in Economics and received his M.B.A. from Johns Hopkins University.
