As we close out an exciting and memorable year at Clark Capital, we’re reflecting on the progress we’ve made together deepening relationships, educating clients, strengthening our industry, and investing in our people and communities. Here are some of the moments that defined 2025.
Empowering Advisors Through Insight and Connection
Welcome to Philly Due Diligence Meetings Build Community and Drive Growth
At Clark Capital, we’ve transformed routine due diligence meetings into meaningful experiences that build trust, transparency, and connection. In 2025, we hosted 30 award-winning “Welcome to Philly” due diligence sessions bringing together more than 300 advisors for open dialogue, education, and collaboration.
Webcasts Educate, Inform, and Entertain
With webcast series like Market Recaps, Monthly Moves, and our award-winning flagship Live From Philly, Clark Capital offers independent advisors several opportunities each month for real-time insights, actionable strategies, and authentic connection. Savvy advisors tune in early to guess the song pianist Phil Selesnick plays in our live musical intro.
Enjoy this clip of Phil in action as he puts his spin on some holiday classics!
Join us on January 13 at 4:00 p.m. ET for Clark Capital’s 2025 Market Outlook featuring Chief Investment Officer Sean Clark. This webcast is also approved for one hour of CFP® CE credit.
Refreshed Brand and a New, Modern Website
As the year began, we introduced a comprehensive brand refresh, including a modern website and updated proposals, portfolio analysis documents, presentations, and more. The result is a more consistent experience that helps advisors find the insights they need faster.
Strengthening Our Industry for This Generation and the Next
Interns Making a Difference
This summer, Clark Capital hosted 15 interns from schools around the country including Arizona, Colorado, Miami, Princeton, and Villanova. From contributing across the firm to giving back through meaningful volunteer work with SquashSmarts and Share Food Philly, they made a real impact. We look forward to welcoming another group of ambitious interns in 2026!

Welcoming the WIN Network
In August, Clark Capital was proud to host the Women in Investing Network (WIN) of Philadelphia’s event, “Mastering the Art of Making Intentional Connections,” where our own Shelby Anderson advised a packed house on how to network with purpose. We look forward to another year of working with WIN to build more purposeful connections that inspire growth, collaboration, and impact.

Philadelphia Business Journal’s Best Places to Work
The Best Places to Work survey measures key areas that make up an organization’s culture. These range from compensation and benefits to trust in senior leadership. The survey also measures the level of engagement exhibited by employees, known as employee engagement. Each question on the Best Places to Work survey is associated with a response option; each response option is associated with a numerical value. The survey uses these numerical values to profile employees and calculate an overall score, which is used to determine each organization’s rank.
